<ul style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; font-family: &quot;Noto Sans&quot;, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-size: 13.3328px;"><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Schedule the front office staffs and supervises workload during shifts.</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Maintains the master key control.</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and is properly communicated.</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Quickly resolves guest problems with efficiency and courtesy</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Evaluates the job performances of the front office employees</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Maintains a healthy work relationship and ongoing communications with all departments</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Receives information from the previous shift manager and passes on pertinent details to the incoming manager.</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift and enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Ensures the wearing of proper uniform at all times and requires all front office employees to wear proper uniforms at all times.</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Review Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis and maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs.</li><li style="-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;">Upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 1em; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; font-family: &quot;Noto Sans&quot;, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-size: 13.3328px;"><b style="unicode-bidi: embed; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;"><br></b></p><p style="margin-bottom: 1em; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;"><span style="unicode-bidi: embed;">Essentials:</span>&nbsp;You need to have a well-developed communication and customer relations skills and should be highly organized, result oriented carrying the ability to work well under pressure.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 1em; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;"><span style="unicode-bidi: embed;">Education:</span>&nbsp;Graduates bachelor degree and/or Diploma in Hospitality Management or other related fields.
