<p style="border: 0px; font-size: 13px; vertical-align: baseline; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Key Responsibilities:<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Managing end to end employee life cycle which includes sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Facilitating on boarding and virtual inductions for all new hires.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Collaborating with the hiring managers on a regular basis to understand staffing gaps.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and build databanks.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Manage performance improvement plans and smooth exit.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Conduct quarterly reward and recognition ceremonies.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Conduct reference checks for new joiners on timely basis.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Prepare hiring dashboards and other MIS reports as per requirement. • Engage employees in weekly/monthly and quarterly fun engagement activities.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"></p><p style="border: 0px; font-size: 13px; vertical-align: baseline; overflow-wrap: break-word; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">Prerequisites:<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Candidate should have a masters degree in human resources or similar degree.<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management<br style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">• Must possess excellent communication and people management skills</p>
